What "complete the course" means:
If you've done all three and you tell me — in good faith — that the course didn't deliver what it promised, I refund the full €1,500. No interrogation, no hoops. The completion itself is the proof of engagement.
If you don't complete the course (don't engage with recordings, don't take the assessments, don't sit the exams), the refund guarantee doesn't apply. You still keep all your access. You just don't get the money back for work you didn't do.
No. Early-bird pricing closed on 15 August 2026. The September '26 cohort is €1,500 for everyone, and everyone gets the same 12 weeks, the same 24 sessions, the same recordings and the same certificate.
Immediately on submission. The €1,500 is charged to your card via PayPal at the moment you complete checkout. Your seat in the September '26 cohort is confirmed the same moment.
Two 2-hour live sessions per week (4 hours live) plus ~3 hours of homework, casework, and reading. Plan for roughly 7 hours per week for 12 weeks. Recordings are available if you miss a live session.
Every session is recorded and posted within 24 hours. You'll miss the live Q&A but you'll get the full content. About 30% of any cohort relies on recordings for at least some sessions.
You keep access to all materials posted up to that point. The refund guarantee applies only if you complete the course (live or via recordings + homework + both exams) and decide it wasn't worth €1,500. If you don't complete, no refund, but you keep everything posted so far.
The certificate is issued personally by Gil — MoH-licensed Medical Cannabis Instructor, IMCA founder, US patent holder. It's not (yet) CME-accredited. Accreditation is in progress but not in place for the September cohort.
Many practitioners do. PayPal sends a receipt automatically. If your employer or practice needs a different invoice format, email me at gil@gilluxenbourg.com after payment and I'll send a proper invoice.
If I cancel the cohort for any reason, you get a full refund immediately — no completion requirement. If we collectively choose to postpone the start date due to scheduling issues, your seat carries to the new start date.
