WIZDOM Circles provides patient education, protocol design, and patient guidance services. This policy defines the conditions under which payments may be refunded. Refunds are evaluated on whether the contracted patient-education service was delivered, not on clinical outcomes. WIZDOM is not a medical service, and we do not refund based on the effect of any educational protocol on a patient's health.
Thirty days, no questions asked. If the course is not what the sales page said it was, tell us within 30 days of purchase and we refund you in full. You do not need to justify it, and we will not ask you to sit through a call first. This is deliberately more generous than any statutory minimum that applies to you.
The refund is not conditional on how much of the course you watched. We would rather refund someone who watched all of it and found it wanting than argue about video-completion percentages.
You have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content within 14 days, without giving a reason. Because the course opens immediately on purchase, we ask you at checkout to expressly request immediate access and to acknowledge that doing so ends the 14-day withdrawal right once supply begins. That is a single unticked box you choose to tick.
If you do not tick it, we hold your access until the 14 days have passed and you keep the statutory right in full. Either way, the 30-day refund above still applies, and it is longer than the 14 days the law requires. See Terms of Sale.
Cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its distance-selling regulations apply. Where they give you more than this policy does, they win.
Complete it and tell us it was not worth it, and we refund in full. If you attend the live sessions or work through the recordings, submit the homework, and sit both exams, and you then tell us in good faith that the programme did not deliver what it promised, we refund the full fee. No interrogation and no hoops. Completing it is the proof of engagement.
If you withdraw before completing, you keep access to everything posted up to that point and no refund is due. Statutory withdrawal rights under the sections above apply in addition, and where they give you more than this policy does, they win.
A full refund is available within seven (7) calendar days of payment, provided the intake conversation has not yet taken place. Once that conversation has happened, the work is considered delivered and no refund will be issued, because the deliverable is built specifically for one person and cannot be resold.
If the conversation has not happened and seven days have passed, refund requests are considered case by case.
Printed and digital copies bought through Amazon are refunded under Amazon's own returns policy, not this one. A signed copy bought directly from us is refunded in full if it is returned unused within fourteen (14) calendar days.
The WIZDOM Inner Circle, the WIZDOM Coaching Circle and the WIZDOM Support Circle are not sold from this website and carry no published price. They are agreed in conversation after a Rescue Analysis. The fee, the term and the refund terms for any such engagement are set out in writing before any payment is taken, and those written terms govern that engagement. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell them.
The short edition, the patient journal and any free module involve no payment, so no refund applies.
Clients are asked to contact Gil directly via the WIZDOM contact form before initiating a PayPal dispute or credit-card chargeback. Most refund and service questions can be resolved within two business days. Chargebacks and PayPal disputes filed without a prior good-faith exchange may be contested.
Approved refunds are processed via PayPal within seven (7) business days of approval. The refund will be returned to the original payment method. Currency conversion losses, if any, are not reimbursed.
WIZDOM Circles operates from Israel and this policy is governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom, Canada or a United States jurisdiction, that choice of law does not remove the mandatory consumer protections of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
