These terms apply to purchases of WIZDOM educational products and programmes, including WIZDOM Volume One, the recorded masterclass, and the coaching tiers. They sit alongside the Privacy Policy and the Refund Policy.
You are buying education. Every WIZDOM product teaches pharmacology, method and judgement. None of it is medical treatment, diagnosis, prescription, or a recommendation to start, stop or change any person's treatment. Gil Luxenbourg is a Ministry of Health licensed Medical Cannabis Instructor. He is not a physician and not a prescriber, in any jurisdiction.
No WIZDOM material names any condition as treatable by cannabis, and no dosing protocol is supplied for you to apply to another person. Treatment decisions belong with the prescribing clinician, without exception. If you are looking for a product that tells you cannabis cures something, this is not it, and we would rather you knew that before you paid.
Prices are shown on the relevant product page in the currency stated there. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Where value added tax or an equivalent consumption tax applies to your purchase, the treatment of that tax is shown at checkout before you confirm the order.
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order and your access is granted. If we cannot supply what you ordered, we will tell you and refund you in full.
On payment you receive a personal, non-transferable licence to view the material for your own learning, and for use in your own professional practice within the limits of your own credentials. You may not share your login, copy the videos, redistribute the materials, or use them to build a competing course. Lifetime access means access for as long as the product is offered; if it is ever retired, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to keep what you have.
You normally have 14 days from the day the contract is concluded to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content, without giving any reason. This is a statutory right under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and its national implementations.
There is one exception, and it is the one that applies here. Because a WIZDOM course gives you the full material immediately, we ask you at checkout to do two things before you pay: to expressly request that we begin supplying the content right away, and to acknowledge that by doing so you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once supply has begun. Both are a single, unticked checkbox you choose to tick. If you do not tick it, we will simply hold your access until the 14 days have passed, and you keep the full statutory right in the meantime.
Whichever you choose, our own refund policy is more generous than the statutory minimum and continues to apply. See Refund Policy.
Cancellation rights under the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981 and its distance-selling regulations apply to your purchase. Where those rights are wider than what is written here, those rights win.
The refund policy applies. It is deliberately written to be simple: if the product is not what the page said it was, tell us and we refund you.
Payments are processed by PayPal or by the payment provider named at checkout. We do not receive or store your full card details. A failed or reversed payment suspends access until it is resolved.
Contact us first, through the WIZDOM contact form. Most questions resolve within two business days. We ask you to do this before opening a chargeback or a PayPal dispute, so that we have a chance to fix it. Disputes opened without any prior contact may be contested.
We are responsible for supplying the material you paid for, to a reasonable standard, and for the things the law does not allow us to exclude. We are not responsible for clinical outcomes, for decisions you or anyone else takes after studying the material, or for what a regulator in your jurisdiction permits you to do with it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Cannabis law and professional scope differ by country, state and profession, and they change. What you are permitted to say, recommend, supply or document is governed by your own jurisdiction and your own regulator. This course teaches pharmacology, not compliance. Checking both is your responsibility.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, the EEA, the United Kingdom, Canada or a United States jurisdiction, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer rules of your own country of residence, and you may bring proceedings there.
Consumers in the European Union may also use the European Commission's online dispute resolution platform, though we would much rather you emailed us first.
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on the day you bought. Material changes are dated at the top of this page.
Use the WIZDOM contact form with "Terms" in the subject line.
