Version 1.0 - Effective 2026-09-19
WIZDOM is used by people who are unwell, by carers who are exhausted, and by clinicians reading on a phone between patients. An inaccessible site fails exactly the people this work exists for. We treat accessibility as part of the service, not as a legal chore.
We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That is the level named by Israeli Standard IS 5568 under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations 2013, by EN 301 549 under the European Accessibility Act, and the level United States courts and the Department of Justice treat as the practical benchmark under the ADA. One standard covers every market we serve.
We would rather tell you what is not finished than claim more than is true.
The named accessibility coordinator is Gil Luxenbourg. Reach him through the WIZDOM contact form with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Every message is read personally.
We aim to acknowledge within 2 business days and to resolve or give you a dated plan within 30 days. If something on this site is stopping you from getting information or a service, say so and we will find another route for you in the meantime - by email, by phone, or by sending the material in a different format.
You may also contact the accessibility regulator in your own country. In Israel that is the Commission for Equal Rights of Persons with Disabilities at the Ministry of Justice. In the European Union, each member state designates its own market surveillance authority under the European Accessibility Act.
This statement is reviewed after any redesign or major content change, and at least once a year. Accessibility is not a one-time fix and we do not treat it as one.
